Open Source. Open Future.
We are releasing the core designs, scheduling logic, and evolutionary blueprints of Embody to the world — first embedding into today's industrial system (staying compatible with existing prototyping methods), then iterating and upgrading from within. “Decentralized” means three concrete things: anyone can reproduce the whole machine; manufacturing happens on a desktop, not in a factory; and the machine's evolution comes from its users' network — not one-way vendor releases.
Hardware (CERN-OHL-S v2)
Structural frames, actuator interfaces, and wiring standards.
Software (AGPL-3.0)
Embodied scheduling logic and automated testing frameworks.
How to Contribute
All contributions require a signed CLA (Contributor License Agreement) so the project's licensing strategy stays coherent long-term.
Designers
Submit new hardware modules or actuator designs.
Developers
Optimize the path-planning or auto-coding engines.
Explorers
Submit “Marketplace of Needs” to define what Embody should create next.
